Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your mushroom grow kit, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your grow kit for a full refund. The kit must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Once you've started using the kit, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product. However, if you experience issues with your kit not producing mushrooms as expected, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery using our contact form or email
2. Provide your order information and reason for return
3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Signs of a defective product include:

• Visible mold or contamination
• Damaged packaging that may have affected the substrate
• Missing components
• Substrate that appears dried out or improperly prepared

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different variety, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired kit.
